Business Tech Interface is a small, Southern California based company that provides exceptional web image and promotional services to real estate professionals and affiliated businesses throughout the US.  We are offering an opportunity to join a fast moving, zero debt company on the ground floor. Area Sales Representative

Position:

Outside commissioned sales person with a $45k+ annual commission structure including direct commissions and residuals. "Good growth opportunities" is an understatement for this position.

Responsibilities:

The qualified applicant will be required to call on real estate professionals and affiliates to generally promote and support the activities of current clients and prospects on the internet and specifically market the products and services of BTI.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicant should have two years direct sales experience, an operational understanding of the internet, Netscape and IE browsers, search engines and be familiar with the real estate industry. Position requires consultative type selling & profiling with good negotiation skills. Applicant must be self-motivating and energetic with excellent communications skills.

Desired Requirements:

Applicant should have in-depth internet experience with some knowledge of html and CGI functions. DRE license (active or not) or affiliate experience would be desirable. Multimedia and computer presentation skills would also be a plus. Possession of a PC laptop would be helpful but not necessary.

Location:

Secured territories are currently available in the North Los Angeles Co., Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, North Orange Co., South Orange Co., Inland Empire, Riverside and San Bernardino areas of Southern California. Other areas including San Francisco, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta and Denver will be available in the near future for the right people.
