You can sign a listing agreement at 4:00 PM and, with a digital camera or scanner, have it displayed on the internet by 4:30 that same afternoon. (assuming it doesn’t take you longer than 20 minutes to drive from the listing site to your computer) What’s more, you can upload the data portion of your listing from any computer - anywhere (as long as it has internet access). Just think! You could put a new listing in your database, display the new, updated listing page and print it out - all before your seller leaves your office. (The whole process only takes a minute or two.)
All listing pages are generated by our Oracle driven database and limited to a maximum of 12 listings per page. Whenever your listings exceed a multiple of 12, Oracle generates another page for you. You do absolutely NOTHING! This accounts for the fast loading and easy access of all your properties, even with multiple photos.
Each listing spot provides the viewer with a wealth of standard information on the property and over 400 characters of space for your description. A 150 x 88 pixel thumbnail photo of the property acts as a hyper-link to a larger photo. In addition, the address of the property can be used as a hyper-link to an additional set of pictures or even a complete listing display page for those listings that require special attention.
